your mind and body. This is because the blood that goes to your brains needs to be

difference in your cognitive abilities.
Listen to Music
Music is great, but itís a lot more than just a collection of sounds happening at the same
time in a row. When you listen to music, your brain works hard at figuring out what is
happening, and it will interact with massive connections of cells to do the processing.
Some of these areas take root in the parts of the mind that control your movements,
which is part of why people dance. To take it even further, if you learn how to play
music, it begins to get processed in the parts of the brain that process things like
language and complex social cues.
Drink Your Fruit
One of the best things about blending your fruit up is that itís easier for you to absorb
the nutrients and utilize the entire fruit. Ingesting the whole fruit will give you all kids of
phytonutrients and trace minerals that play large roles in making sure that your genetic
code is being copied more accurately when your cells divide. That keep you looking
younger for longer, and prevents poor copies that deteriorate faster from being made.
Poor copies of your cells can often become cancerous cells if you donít get all of the
nutrients that your body needs to identify and kill those cells.
